        - Up to 4 months before arrival: cancellation free of charge
        - Cancellation between 120 and 60 days before arrival: cancellation cost of 25% of the total amount due
        - Cancellation between 59 and 28 days before arrival: cancellation cost of 50% of the total amount due
        - Cancellation within 27 days before arrival: cancellation cost at 100% of the total amount due
