Cancelation conditions
- Only written cancellations are valid: info@molenheide.be
- Upto 4 months before arrival: cancellation free of charge
- Cancellation between 120 and 60 days before arrival: cancellation cost at 25% of the total amount due
- Cancelation between 59 and 28 days before arrival: cancelation cost at 50% of the total amount due
- Cancellation within 27 days before arrival: cancellation cost at 100% of the total amount due

2. We confirm your booking by e-mail together with the payment instructions
3. Payment of full amount should be done by banktransfer
4. Once we received your payment, your reservation is guaranteed and you will receive your voucher

Extra information about the booking
- There are bungalows for 4 - 5 -6 - 8 - 10 persons
- One person should book for an entire group
- If your group size does not correspond to a bungalow size, then you may be paired with other tournament participants
- Larger groups (+8) will be split up depending on availability
